What differentiates Oracle Commerce from other similar products?

An e-commerce platform that helps B2C and B2B companies connect sales and customer data from their CRM with their financial and operational data so they can deliver personalized experiences to buyers across all sales channels. Save time and reuse resources with a unified e-commerce platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Personalize experiences for authenticated (registered and logged in), recognized (registered, but not logged in) and anonymous users. Offer contextually relevant upsells and cross-sells, expose more of your catalog to the right customers, and drive higher order values with product recommendations based on unique data from your CRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could provide a more detailed search system so customers can better search for products. Documentation and knowledge management could be improved, lacks detailed documentation. While documentation is available for most features, it is often difficult to follow and seems very general.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improve the search experience for your customers with features that consistently show the products they want to buy. Oracle Commerce search relies on machine learning to optimize results, select specific products, and magnify or hide results based on customer preferences. An intuitive user interface makes it easy for merchants to control daily settings, configure faceted ordering and other ordering strategies, and manage keywords with an integrated thesaurus and predictive dictionary.

What differentiates Oracle Commerce from other similar products?

Part that integrates well with other oracle products, It will automate your operation and simplify your business. From purchase to payment, shipping, returns and refunds, everything can be managed on a single platform

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy and friendly tool for the user, it has good dashboards to visualize the data, it has multiple payment systems, it allows the developer to create designs by separating the elements of the page into widgets, which turn out to be easy maintenance tasks to perform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More detailed search engine, does not show suggestions to promote sales.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is more suitable for large companies due to its strict pricing models. If your organization has a central development team You can customize the finer details.
