Designed to cater to the business environment, it provides a safe, trustworthy, and feature-rich collaboration platform for my organization. Its strong security features are one of my favorite aspects about it as it provides end-to-end encryption to ensure the security of all messages. Also, I like its way of integration to achieve compliance works as an extra layer of protection making it ideal for my organization as we were seeking data security and regulation solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have noticed one thing which needs to be updated since I am using it in its user interface. Its interface is outdated and lacks some important advanced features as compared to other similar devices. Its user interface should be more intuitive and to improve our working quality. OpenText GroupWise should be updated to meet the demands.

Since we seek to prioritize data confidentiality, OpenText GroupWise was the right tool to achieve this, it provides a reliable communication infrastructure and guarantees that the risks of leaks, hacking or unauthorized access will be reduced.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has great security and information control tools, it is different from other tools by having a robust infrastructure that allows the protection of the company's confidential information. It facilitates the integration process and is quite extensive, it offers the possibility of making connections and centrally managing data management, permissions and controls over users. It allows for fluid work and communication without any interruptions. It has a somewhat classic and austere interface, with high functionality and easy navigation, facilitating the search process without distractions, placing each tool in its place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things that I think can be improved is the interface, it is possible to modernize the dashboard and allow the work system to be much more comfortable, if we are going to work on the platform we require the space to be comfortable and dynamic. Some functions seem to be too old-fashioned and slow, compared to similar platforms they make the platform look like a space that has not been modernized for some time. It has a steep learning curve, just like similar platforms, it would be nice to be able to use the platform in a much simpler and more flexible way.

OpenText GroupWise guarantees secure communication, data confidentiality and improved operating costs. It is one of the best messaging solutions in collaboration with the data security approach, allowing centralized management. It requires understanding what exactly the platform focuses on in order to take advantage of its usefulness and really give it the use it deserves. Taking the time to correctly evaluate its integrations, use and development of platform capabilities will allow its usability to be very useful.

The benefits from GroupWise are phenomenal: communication consolidation and organization of documents into a single structured repository, all of which have increased our team's organization and productivity. It is easy to share the most crucial industry news and trends and create a culture of knowledge sharing and taking decisions based on data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even if the user interface is functional, it'd be more modern and intuitive. Furthermore, expanding the functionalities of the search would help users quickly find some specific information within the extensive repository on the platform.
