What differentiates OpenText GroupWise from other similar products?
Our whole organization uses Micro Focus GroupWise which is a comprehensive collaboration software system, for emailing, planning, text messaging, multitasking, contact forms, and records control. They include certain features that are quite special and effective compared to any other ordinary software, as well as ones that are really straightforward and simple to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Micro Focus GroupWise is an extensive collection of tools and capabilities for synchronizing our work across many businesses and organizations. According to our needs, they assist us in connecting to domestic and foreign servers. It enables entire and comprehensive control of our network and our products. They are able to tailor the goods and services to match our company‘s needs since they are aware of them and provide individualized support to our account.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As a result of the numerous configuration options for certifications, updating often necessitates extensive testing to ensure that it works properly and adheres to specifications. This might make it difficult to link to other suppliers that have less stringent requirements. Not a very contemporary interface.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The proxy access possibilities are appealing to me. It is simple to visit a group inbox or the other user's account when they are away thanks to this functionality. The design and user interface are simple to use. Additionally, I find it useful to categorize my mail into several mailboxes, and the search bar is excellent for finding older conversations.

What differentiates OpenText GroupWise from other similar products?
Micro Focus GroupWise requires time to learn its features and different sort of apps so that person who uses the app first must need to get proper training and knowledge about their features to get used to them. Sometimes there are problems while working on the PC which affects our whole information and data. Sometimes running and synchronizing the emails is very complex and difficult. Micro Focus GroupWise needs to improve its speed on PC. There are some functionality concerns that need to be solved. Sometimes we get locked out and have to be refreshed back to get into which is frustrating.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Micro Focus GroupWise is a complete broad set of tools and the features for synchronization of our work from different companies and organizations. They help us to connect to the internal and the external servers according to our requirements. It allows complete and total management of our system and the tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?

Very easy to use. It has a lot of nice features that you find with Outlook and even more than the general gmail. Sort and synchronize emails from a local and external server, each user works separately on a PC, and all users communicate within the system. Try several different options before making a final decision.
