What differentiates OpenText APM from other similar products?

Many APM tools offer basic monitoring, but OpenText APM goes a step further with its built-in AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) capabilities. This allows for proactive problem identification and even automated remediation in some cases

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

OpenText APM's AI is like a Sherlock Holmes for application performance issues. It doesn't just tell you there's a problem; it helps you pinpoint the root cause. This saves our IT team a ton of time troubleshooting and allows us to resolve performance issues quickly

What do you dislike most about this product?

While OpenText APM excels at monitoring our internal systems, visibility into third-party applications integrated with our platform can be a bit limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're a CIO or IT director in retail, and application performance is a top priority, then OpenText APM is definitely worth considering.

ability to correlate business impact with technical performance across hybrid environment

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

helps me to quickly find and fix the performance issue and its give clear view of what is going wrong in application even they are complex

What do you dislike most about this product?

the biggest problem is tricky setup at initial stage

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i will say you first fully understand before you start once its start it is best, but setup takes time.

What differentiates OpenText APM from other similar products?

The team can easily coordinate from various locations and on various platforms thanks to the simple and intuitive Micro Focus Filr functionalities. Excellent editing capabilities are offered for files, and Micro Focus Filr makes it simple to decide how to share files safely with specific users on a variety of devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A good application for sharing huge amounts of info is Micro Focus. It enables users to give invitations to those who will be receiving documents, drawings, reports, etc. Once a team member (or several team members) has access to shared data, they can either watch it without commenting or add their comments and contributions to the shared file site. When the inviting party determines the invitee’s degree of access, this happens. If necessary, the inviter may also specify a time when this access expires or leave it open-ended for the duration of the endeavor.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Controls for desktop applications’ file synchronization. For instance, if someone were to attempt to clean up their local hard disk, they might delete files from Filr. An admin should be informed of such an event so they can authorize it before it takes place.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You are fortunate if you are concerned about someone else hosting your cloud storage. The cloud storage utility Micro Focus Filr is excellent. This program is easy to use and well-encrypted. Very comparable to Microsoft Onedrive and Dropbox.
