What differentiates OpenText APM from other similar products?

Honestly, from what I’ve heard and seen, OpenText APM seems to focus more on deep diagnostics, especially in complex enterprise environments. It feels like it’s built more for organizations that already use other OpenText tools. I’m not sure if it’s the easiest or most modern-looking tool out there, but it probably stands out because it tries to cover a wide range of monitoring needs in one place — like app performance, user experience, and infrastructure. Compared to other tools, maybe it's a bit more detailed or customizable, but again, I haven’t used it hands-on so I can’t say that with full confidence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

if I had to pick, I'd say the comprehensive monitoring capabilities are a standout. It seems like it can give a full picture of application performance, user experience, and infrastructure all in one place, which could be really useful for teams needing a detailed overview.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing that might be a bit challenging with OpenText APM is the learning curve. The capability to run on cloud The automated reporting for performance and tool's which automatically finds out if there is any issue in the system

What do you dislike most about this product?

The leaning curve is steep and the cost is on the higher side

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The overall product is good and it will definitely help you to improve the system performance. But since the learning curve is steep training the people might be an issue.
