Intuitive User Interface. Easy to transform from different methodology to agile methodology. Testing softwares is easy and automatic. Get bug reports in a few moments of testing. Gives better result to businesses, easy collaboration with teams. Helps in on time product delivery with top quality. It automatically analyses root causes of test failure and helps in removing the defects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is a modern comprehensive life cycle management tool. It has best user interface but need knowledge to use it on work. You can easily transform from other methodology to agile methodology through this. It makes your software testing easy and automatic where you will get analysis on root causes of test failure and can access to testing history to get the error messages. It helps in reducing costs in applications and improve business strategies. Easy to collaborate with teams. With consolidated dashboard you can get every data you required about your software testing. Consultants are too responsive to your issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have enjoyed this tool. Nothing such points to dislike ALM Octane.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is full of features and they are improving day by day. It is easy platform to test your software and make it perfect to be published on time. It helps in collaboration with your teams, makes your business more initiative. It has various plans for types of businesses where small and medium businesses can also use this as it is budget friendly. It gives your testing reports and you can easily find critical defects to keep your software clean.

What differentiates OpenText ALM Octane from other similar products?

I can not describe more about differences between ALM Octane and other tools but the integration of ALM with other tools such as UFT or any third party tool is quickest to implement and works smoothly. It also manage all the artifacts very well and you can see good version control in ALM

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Version control is one of the best parts for me in ALM. Also executing test cases of UFT from ALM as a part of the batch run is very nice and satisfying.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the only thing is about APIs which are not passed in first run.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the best tools for application lifecycle management and you can trust it.
