Flexibility and ability to customize. Openprise can do almost anything you can think of, it's just in how you decide to do it. Amazing product to manage revops, different systems and manage data across all systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once you set up jobs - you can truly set and forget. The initial setup does take time, logic, planning, and knowing your systems and data - but it can truly automate and manage so much of the data requirements across various systems. I also enjoy trying to always find another way to have Openprise solve some new challenge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initial setup and implementation is my least favorite part - but I've implemented it 3x so you know it's worth it. A bit time-consuming and the more you know your data and systems the more successful and efficient the implementation will be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although there are similar products they aren't apples to apples - so know what you need for your org and keep in mind Openprise can grow with you as your requirements change. Openprise has been able to accomplish 99% of what I've needed it to, but not always the way I thought, be willing to think outside the box and work with the team to accomplish your end goal.

What differentiates Openprise RevOps Automation from other similar products?

A sizable portion of our data problem, including duplicates and list loading, is resolved by Openprise. I like that we can tackle all of these issues with a single, reliable instrument. We can use Openprise to automate the majority of validation and even use our own data to improve and remove duplicates. Now, we can complete the process in a few hours or at most a day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In contrast to many other programs, Openprise is fairly easy to start using. The product has a ton of options and their customer service is excellent. People who have customer databases should use it as a tool to create automated tasks for preserving the data's cleanliness, enlarging it with derived or purchased data, and de-duplicating the data. The tool's capabilities expand as you use it more and more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can only speak to trying to comprehend the numerous data possibilities and intricate configuration that are accessible. Although understanding how to create jobs is not my strong suit, it is necessary for those who can't devote a full-time position to managing the tool since there is a way to use Openprise for every firm, department, or individual.

We've done a lot of things with the system, including clean it up, check its health, make an Eloqua audit log, automate procedures, and fill in data gaps. For our company, we have used Openprise to more efficiently and precisely route leads and generate sales possibilities

I couldn't access Marketo unique data through all the tool when I first started using Openprise, but they added it to their roadmap, and now I can use a custom table in an automated operation.
