It's flexibility and ability to adapt and be personalize to unique processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Triggers and specifically when used with emails

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was more flexibilities to dynamitic document formats and data links.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Demo it and spend a lot of time playing in the demo environment you get access too.

What differentiates Onspring Governance, Risk & Compliance Suite from other similar products?

Low technology barrier and low cost barrier to entry in business process automation, data visualization, and management of not only Governance, Risk, and Compliance, but of other programs as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of creating original solutions to business and IT needs

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike when my car seat doesn't go back the predefined position when I press the right button, and I dislike when my favorite TV show is cancelled before the story can be resolved, but there isn't anything like that, that sticks out for me about Onspring.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1) Create a list of your requirements from the typical GRC areas, then add to it things you may not consider for a GRC platform, but which are requirements for a modern business: Automating Privacy Operations is one, Creating and maintaining an encrypted system of record is another. Do you have an ITIL Service Catalog? Build one in Onspring. 2) Don't avoid the administrator training. Onspring is pretty intuitive, but, as with any platform, you need to have the knowledge that is gained through the training program. 3) Get the dev/test environment and use it to test out new ideas.

What differentiates Onspring Governance, Risk & Compliance Suite from other similar products?

It is honestly the people that work for Onspring. They are always so helpful and kind. If I struggle with things, they are quick to help me come up with a solution. They take feedback and suggestions seriously. Onspring is always striving to keep up with the latest innovations and are timely with their releases.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how customizable it is. It is really easy for me to spin up a new application for whatever business need we need to fulfill.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be mildly frustrating when I need to perform some analytical work and the functionality I need is not available, yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is always okay to ask questions. Even if you think it's something mundane or dumb, Onspring will take it seriously and their support team will do everything in their power to help you get what you need.
