What makes it the most effective privacy management tool on the market is its comprehensive and customizable approach to privacy management. It offers a wide range of features such as data inventory and mapping, cookie consent management, vendor risk assessments, incident response planning, privacy impact assessments, and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I find most impressive about OneTrust Privacy Management is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. It's very easy to navigate and customize based on the specific needs of our organization as well as comply with various privacy regulations around the world.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My organization and I haven't encountered any major issues or complaints with OneTrust Privacy Management so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Especially for organizations dealing with sensitive data or operating in multiple jurisdictions, I highly recommend considering OneTrust Privacy Management. It offers a comprehensive and customizable solution to privacy management, with an intuitive user interface that makes it easy to navigate.

What differentiates OneTrust Privacy Management from other similar products?

OneTrust is a comprehensive platform for managing cookies, assets, ratings, risk, compliance, data protection and other essential features for retail platforms. The URL connects to the tool to enable desired configurations and legal requirements. The audit log also has self-service capabilities for audit and compliance teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Data portability and access controls are also mapped administratively in the tool. In addition, cooperation, support and diverse solution approaches to various legal regulations should be noted as particularly positive. OneTrust offers a holistic and dynamic solution for keeping up with changes in data protection laws. We urgently needed to ensure GDPR and CCPA compliance, and OneTrust was able to quickly and completely meet this requirement. OneTrust has helped us move into the modern era of data management and processing, and we are much more confident in the protection we can offer our customers compared to what we had before.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far there have been no negative experience values in the cooperation, here only the operating costs and price structure have to be taken into account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

OneTrust offers several privacy issue management modules that can be easily connected and used by multiple stakeholders, resulting in synergy in the management of different privacy-related issues. The creation of records of processing activities, assets and suppliers allows for an easy overview of data flows and their corresponding management. We also needed to meet our industry standards for data breach notification, and OneTrust enabled us to meet those industry requirements.
