What differentiates OneSpan Sign from other similar products?

The user interface of OneSpan Sign is a significant area of differentiation. We implemented OneSpan across our company during the height of the COVID-19 when face-to-face training was not an option. Our team members were able to grasp the functionality quickly and with little support required.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Personally, I love the drag and drop functionality involved in setting up a new document for signature. It is so simple and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't say there is much I dislike; OneSpan is a simple, easy to use and reliable solution. Both our employees and customers have adopted the software with ease.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a close look at the user interfaces of the various solutions available, ensuring that you view through the lens of your employees and customers. The ease of use sold us on OneSpan and I'm sure it will for you too.

What differentiates OneSpan Sign from other similar products?

OneSpan sign had a smooth integration with the origination system. The application had to take digital signatures from the approvers and the authorized signatories via a designated workflow. It also had a strong mechanism for authentication and signer verification to avoid any anomaly in the e-signature. For mortgage loans, we were able to verify beneficial owners of the loans.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I was fascinated by the robustness and the ease of integration of OneSpan E-signature feature. Moreover, the security and the templates used for smart forms were innovative. Moreover, mobile verification for e-signature also included fingerprint authentication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, the signature took more than five seconds to be verified. This is an aspect to improve as competitors have better performance in terms of verification response. However, this is not a major factor to dislike the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If any financial institution is looking for an able digital signature platform to be integrated for origination system hierarchy and legal facility agreements, then OneSpan sign will be of great use.
