What differentiates OneMob from other similar products?
OneMob was extremely easy to use. It's like the iPhone of video messaging/recording tools. The UI is simple (maybe too simple), the features are simple, the integrations with other tools are great, and overall a very easy tool to both use and admin.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
OneMob is purpose-built as a video/messaging solution. Our sales team gets great use out of it. Getting anyone to record themself and send that recording to a prospect is already a hurdle. But if the tool is hard to use, or takes too much effort, no one would use it. OneMob is reducing that barrier by making it extremely easy to record and attach the recording to an email, LinkedIn message, etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI can use an overhaul. It isn't fancy, but definitely looks dated. I'd also love more features that can be added to the video, such as backgrounds, filters, text, etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you buy. They'll be more than happy to give you a trial of the product. See if your team will appreciate something like this.
