It's a powerful platform for customer management unlike other similar platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very cost efficient for small and medium sized team. It saves time and potential problem in workflow. It's interface is simple and easy to use

It manages projects and helpdesk in one place,so nothing to dislike towards it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It plans your project, assign task and manage costs and budgets ,so I highly recommend it.

You get multiple features such as helpdesk, project management tool, workflow automation unlike other similar platforms. Also it very cost friendly compared to it's competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very user friendly tool for managing projects. It provides both solutions for both project management and helpdesk. Also I like how it keeps record of all your project data streamlined.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing that pisses me off while working with this great platform.

It's easy to share task among your team so consider it as your first priority.

It is a very useful tool for project management, managing all our ideas and tasks has been easy through OneDesk, in the same way we have managed to keep track of all the interactions made, expenses and hours spent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has provided us with the necessary tools to create online collaborations with our work teams, as well as allowing us to create interactions with our potential clients, implementing it in our organization has been easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no problem in adding so far, given its great features, we can not only manage projects but also create solutions through which we can meet the needs of our customers, always providing the best experiences.
