What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
While some features are similar, OnBoard's customer service really makes the difference. We've had a few occasions where we had to get a hold of someone the day of the meeting and the response time was great. Having some Board members who aren't technically savvy makes it difficult but they've worked wonders with our Board.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simplicity of setting up a meeting and delivering materials. Easy, single location for recordkeeping.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely give it a shot. The relatively low price point and high number of features really made this a no-brainer. Couldn't imagine going back to the way we used to do it.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
Their support team is fantastic like they actually care and go out of their way to help which I have not always seen with other tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
OnBoard is a board management software created to make meetings both simple and secure. With this tool, teams can share agendas, vote, and track minutes on any device like phones, tablets, or computers. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, it stands out for its ease of use, strong security features and outstanding customer support helping keep board meetings organized without the usual complications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
OnBoard is a user-friendly platform, All of the features are working perfect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Being able to access it from anywhere has been a pioneer for me. Just be ready for a bit of a learning curve, and remember that some extras like “Actions” come with an extra fee. Still, it is worth it for the ease it brings to managing meetings and the support that is always there when you need it.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
I like how its simple design makes everything seem straightforward. Furthermore, the strong security features give me peace of mind. The way it integrates with other tools makes my work run more smoothly and efficiently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I love most about OnBoard is how it brings everything together in one place. Finding documents and staying in touch with my team has never been easier. This software really cuts down on the chaos and helps us focus on what’s really important during our meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The limited customization options on OnBoard are my least favorite feature. I often wish I could modify the features to better suit my needs. Also, pricing can be quite high for smaller teams, making it less accessible to some organizations like these are definitely some factors to consider before signing up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a board management tool that is easy to use yet secure, OnBoard is well worth considering. It is an excellent choice for organizations that handle a large volume of documents and require efficient communication. Just make sure to consider your specific needs and budget, as it may not be the best option for everyone.
