What differentiates OnBase from other similar products?

Their product team is constantly innovating the product and it gives your company to accomplish an unlimited amount of business process automations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The configurability and the ability to integrate with external systems. They have created a platform that gives you unlimited possibilities in how you integrate it and create new innovative solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The infrastructure setup and the upgrade process. We have 20+ servers that have to be continually monitored and maintained which makes finding a problem really difficult. Also, upgrades are complete nightmares because there are so many modules that have to be updated and tested.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start small with your solution while you understand what it is actually capable of. It is really easy to jump in and overcomplicate your solution which will be difficult to undo later down the road when your solution is much larger.

The ease of use and ability to integrate with all other line of business systems using App enabler. Cutiing, Leading edge technology and company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

App Enabler and the mobile components and workflow/workview and its integration with GIS

Nothing to report

Go for it. Think about the big picture and not just a single solution.

What differentiates OnBase from other similar products?

Easy of use and the ability to adapt to multiple industries with one product all tied together. The community gives everyone a voice and the ability to voice their opinions and drive new features/functionality. Hyland's yearly conference brings everyone together to learn about new features and products about the platform coming to market, training, testing and networking with others to see how you might have a new use case to bring back to your office.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Complete ability to customize. There is a way to do what you need for your industry to improve efficiencies in all your business units.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Simple item really, moving projects from Test/QA to Production.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go see or visit virtually another like industry. Paper and videos only go so far, once you see it and how it really works and provides ease of use, you will make the right decision and go with Hyland.
