An Overall Solid Product

What differentiates OnBase from other similar products?
It's ease of use when creating workflows, user forms, and reporting dashboards. Relatively fast turnaround time when a service ticket is created for an issue. Many useful features to help business processes run more smoothly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
OnBase is something that can be molded to serve many different types and sizes of needs. A helpful use case can be found in just about every area/department of a business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some aspects of it are not very friendly or intuitive for end users, especially those with limited technology understanding. If a bug is found and reported, sometimes it is not addressed as seriously as it should be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Assess what it is your overall goals are and where the current product you're using (or lack there of) is coming up short in helping reach those goals.
