What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?
A few things: 1) Ability to customize 2) Data and analytics 3) Ease of pushing people down the funnel
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customization and ability to create unique experiences depending on the target demographic
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish I had a little more control in terms of design - fonts, colors, shapes, etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a test run - make sure it will add enough value to your organization before you make an investment like this one. It's great at what it does, but make sure you have a big enough need.
