Extremely Reliable, Easy To Use, Great Support

What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?
I've been using On24 for about 7 years now and have run our virtual events program from start to finish. We've done over 400 virtual events with On24 and I have not had a single major issue (knock on wood). I've compared other products, but my experience with On24 has been so good that it is difficult for me to even consider any new companies/platforms simply because On24s history of reliability is so strong and that is the most important aspect to me when running LIVE online events.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use is probably the best aspect of the product (besides the reliability mentioned above). The whole platform just always works when I need it to work and event setup, running events, training speakers, and everything involved is relatively simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only problems I've run into is with the Tier 1 support and that's only been a couple times. When I first started using On24 I felt like the Tier 1 support was amazing, but it does seem like it's not as good anymore. However, only 1 or 2 times have I really had to escalate my issue and if it is a major problem there is an emergency line available along with a customer success manager that is available via email whenever I need help.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I've been looking at other webinar vendors and a lot of them have some extra features, but when it comes to talking about reliability and build quality of the product itself they have all been lacking. When you talk to On24 about how they manage reliability and ensure that reliability, their people know about distributed servers and multiple checks and tested before releasing new features and services. I'm fine with less features (though there are more than I personally use in On24) as a trade off for quality and reliability of the platform as a whole. There are plenty of tools and features for engagement and the quality is unmatched.

Customizable and professional-looking tool

What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?
Overall there are many benefits from a customization, branding and engagement standpoint from other tools we have used. The tool has many more options for feature customizations and allows for more engagement.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the cloning features so that I do not have to set up everything from scratch all the time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like the export capabilities. Sometimes we would like to use our webcasts on Youtube or other sources, and exporting of videos is a lengthy process, and the quality of the export is not good. I wish they could export the slides and media better together. I also struggle in the reporting area sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Determine your must-haves for integrations, etc.
