What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?

Very nice dashboard console, very intuitive and elegant

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Interactions with the widgets - Very good Analytic reports - New users find the platform easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Playing videos on Live and Audio Event: You cant backwards/forward a video, in case is a long video (40 min for example) and you have a problem with playing the video at 20 min., you cant restart it from there, you need to play it all again. - There´s no history NOR option of Undo change. It would be a very nice improve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

More easy to automatize some process, specially the simu live events. The dashboard and look and feel is more attractive in comparison
