What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?

It is really easy to use, so does not require too much effort to create a run a webinar. The analytical report is also a good feature to collect insights about your audience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple to use and helpful reports

What do you dislike most about this product?

The registration pages could be a little be more attractive. They are simple, however, sometimes you might need a more "beautiful" form to present to your customers

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for an easy tool to operate to run a lot of webinars frequently e with good quality, this could be a good choice.

What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?

Zoom. Didn’t like their pricing strategy. ON24 was more transparent in its pricing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ON24 had a simple interface that made it very easy to arrange our first webinar on their platform. Unlike other programs it was really easy to set up ON24 and learn your way around it. Screen sharing can be added as a plugin and works smoothly. Their customer support is very quick and helpful. You get real-time statistics reports about your webinar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish we could customize the registration forms. Mobile interface can be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are arranging nearly all kinds of online events such as webinars or virtual conferences.
