What differentiates Omnisend from other similar products?

Automation is easy and reliable. Connects to Wordpress very effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation thats made so easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That it counts my pending unpaid orders as paid orders. Therefore reporting is not accurate. This also results in the system thinking someone is a current customer when they are not. It is very expensive in Rands. I have requested a better price and it was rejected. You need smaller bundles that people can purchase. Top-Up emails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Find a cheaper SMS system that will integrate with Omnisend.

If it's your first email marketing platform, don't waste time comparing, this will help you to start the business and later you'll notice that a migration to other platform won't be needed.
