Okta automates the creation, management and deletion of user accounts in applications and systems, reducing errors and improving efficiency. In addition, it uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to detect and prevent security threats, such as phishing attacks and data breaches.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to deploy and use. Significantly improves security. Simplifies access to applications for users. Reduces operational costs. Excellent technical support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be costly for organizations with many users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Okta Identity Cloud is a comprehensive and scalable IAM solution that can help improve security, simplify application access and meet regulatory requirements.
