Okta is a great enterprise level solution. Support is what makes it stand from competitors

employees onboarding and off boarding process is very usable and scalable

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with services can be challenging, user interface could do with a makeover

What differentiates Okta Customer Identity Cloud from other similar products?

Better offering and use when it comes to extensions and integrations with other products. It seems quite scalable for our team and has been a seamless incorporation to our tech stack.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's been really easy to use as an end user. Both the Chrome extension and the app are quite intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Somestimes randomly kicked off platforms and having to sign in again and confirm codes via the Okta app. This sometimes happens right before an important meeting and is frustrating when you need to log-in again unexpectedly via Okta.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great product on the market. One of the better authenticator tools I've used out there.
