What differentiates OKTA Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication from other similar products?

For this Multi Factor Authentication solution no app needs to be installed. That is great for external users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Product works pretty seamlessly, both internally and with external parties. No additional apps need to be installed like with some solutions providers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It could be a matter of configuration, but it would be nice to be able to choose from different options on how the multi factor authentication is performed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

OKTA is a good solution. But there are many others. Determine who the stakeholders are, decide on how you would like the MFA to happen. And because there are options to choose from, obviously weigh in the cost factor.
