What differentiates Officevibe Engagement from other similar products?
For the past three years, Officevibe has become the de facto tool I use to help my teams become better leaders and better grasp the insights of my staff. Monitoring team morale and morale; enhancing one-on-one sessions; distributing department-wide surveys to certain demographic groups.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Looks nice, works great, and loads quickly. I appreciate the layout and concept, and it aids me in doing surveys for my business. Helpful in getting my point through to upper management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
More responsibility for the managers would be welcome. I think it would be helpful if the surveys were made public. Wish those surgical notices had been bundled and sent out at the start of the month. For the same reason, I wish I could disable surveys for our tiny management team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts on the company, including my current impressions and suggestions for future growth. Our suggestions are being taken seriously by the company I work for.

"A great tool for SMB's, and low cost too."

What differentiates Officevibe Engagement from other similar products?
Very detailed benchmarks, all in one software with goal tracking, pulse surveys, custom survey builder, and every feature you will ever need for a very low cost of 3.5 - 5 dollars USD per user per month.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The amount of benefit you get for the cost. It has a free plan as well, so you can try for your team to see how you like it and history for up to 30 days on free plan.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly not much. The UI at first can feel a bit clunky if you are a first time user to an employee engagement software, with a lack of an onboarding process from the start which doesn't feel very intuitive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As with most products, Officevibes free plan is a great place to start if you want to consider them for your company. Their pricing is quite competitive and they integrate with all of your possible workspaces including MS teams and slack, as well as tens of other integrations.

Do not create teams and do not create fine granularity (gender, region, role, etc.) otherwise employees will feel that their identify can be inferred by looking at the different segmentation parameters.
