Honestly, it's not a really horrible point; but the purpose of mentioning it is to bring their attention there so they can remove it; Direct integration with the third parties involved, without the use of an intermediary, would be preferable. There is also a lack of effective access control systems. It takes practice and understanding of how to use it properly, but it is well worth the effort.

For setup, an Odoo technical manager is required. Data conversion from Excel to Odoo may be problematic. Security must also be stronger than it is currently.
