What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?

Its broadened features and unique accounting approach and simplicity make Odoo software superb among others. Because of the flat chart of accounts, it is a very flexible accounting framework. Odoo software has given the best value for our money.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The VAT engine is my favorite because it is really powerful. Payment conditions are all more advanced, powerful as well as smart automated payment collecting follow-ups are available to make the processes streamlined. The flexibility of features is outstanding: we can easily add as many more modules as we need to the software. All reports, actually the complete reporting module, are my favorite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data conversion from Excel to Odoo is really difficult. It takes work and understanding of how to use it properly, but it is well worth the effort. It is also time-consuming to connect transactions to our bank account. Our credit card payments arrive in one batch, which can be confusing if there are multiple transactions in that batch.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because the software has so many accounting features, it can suit a wide range of accounting requirements. It's a major benefit if you can gradually build up the setups and features you'll need to include sophisticated capabilities. You must test it before going to make a final decision.

What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?

Odoo Accounting is a comprehensive accounting program. That allows us to automate most of our tasks and ensure accountant productivity that is at the forefront of its growth. Management of the bills, invoices, and customers is easy with Odoo and it offers features for follow-up on payments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To manage our firm finances, we use Odoo in our finance and accounting department. All accounting aspects, such as setting fiscal years, creating accounts charts, tax administration, defining payment methods and conditions, and many more, are done very easily here. It is just fantastic for our organization. It has a powerful and customized accounting dashboard, which is also my favorite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The time it takes for support to respond is awful. The average response time is five days or a week. Whenever we have a problem, we must hire someone to assist us with our problem as well as to simplify upkeep. They don't offer much help, and when they do, it's just too late.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customized Odoo connectors are available, and the dashboard is also customizable for your business processes, you can fine-tune your processes down to the last detail. Odoo is immediately adjustable and available for use, and due to its simplicity, it can be put to profitable use in the organization right away.

What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?

We have found it to be a very complete and comprehensive software because of the many functions it has. It has made our daily work easier with the automation of some processes such as invoices to suppliers, accounts payable and accounts receivable. These were repetitive tasks and now thanks to Odoo they are done automatically.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a tool with very useful functions such as tracking our inventory, automation of contracts with suppliers, all the accounting and administrative procedure of a company, to the functions of inventory, suppliers, contracts. The integration with other applications such as PayPal, Xero accounting and google apps integration, has also helped us to better organize the functions of our department.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It really has a lot of functions, and although it is a positive feature, it can be confusing to learn, so it takes time to understand the program and know all its functions. In this regard, the technical support is not the most helpful, so we have had to rely on internet videos to learn more about the program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A very complete accounting system, which adds many more functions and features than any other software I know, which allows to have greater scope in the tasks and activities of the company, inventory, suppliers, logistics and financial area.
