Its open-source nature enables extensive customization and community-driven enhancements, making it more adaptable than proprietary systems like SAP or NetSuite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Odoo’s scalability and customization make it highly appealing. Businesses of any size can tailor the system to fit their needs, from startups to enterprises. The seamless integration between different modules eliminates redundant data entry and improves operational efficiency. Additionally, the modern, intuitive UI makes it easier for teams to adopt compared to more complex ERP systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One major drawback is that advanced customization can be complex and may require developer expertise. While the open-source version is free, hosting, maintenance, and certain features come at additional costs, making the total investment higher than expected for some businesses. Additionally, customer support varies, with stronger service available for enterprise users than for those on the free version.
