What differentiates Oboard from other similar products?

It is highly configurable, and has a really intuitive design.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find the configurability related to how OKR's and related key results, etc. roll up to the scoring is extremely helpful, and makes the intended use for the product extendable across many different use cases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the reporting was more robust.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, you won't be disappointed!

Missing functionality to add documents on the KRs

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool to support the OKR process. But regarding the right introduction & definition of OKR sets for the company you need a clear strategy and support. Otherwise you burn the methodology and it won't be successful purely by using a good tool.
