What differentiates OASIS 360™ from other similar products?

Not very familiar with other products to make a fair comparison.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The database is Oasis' main benefit. Although the canned reporting provided by the vendor isn't always what an individual business may need, the data captured by the system is extensive and provides for someone knowledgeable in data mining a SQL database the opportunity to produce almost anything you want.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Two years ago (approx.) I would have written a very different review. The year prior to COVID and everything following has completely gutted the service and reliability of the company. The product is sound and overall effectively but system issues fall into a hole and you're usually told it's the next major upgrade that will fix them. This has become common throughout ATI and not just specific to Oasis.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Front end (ops) user experience is good. Back end (Acct, IT) is somewhat laborious at times but overall the system is sound and reliable. The Oasis teams seem committed to innovation and the new products they create are interesting, however, usually at a high price tag. As I said earlier, the biggest disappointment is the service and issue resolution. Should that get rectified internally for them, I would recommend this to someone willing to invest a little more into their systems.
