What differentiates OASIS 360™ from other similar products?

We have struggled to get functionality to work properly and to get the support we need to get things working.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the offer upload system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Functionality and features not working.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk to a casino using the each of the modules and products you are considering. Hopefully our issues get resolved at some point, but features we were promised do not work and we run into so many issues.

The system is stable, well known, and is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the simplicity of the hardware and how it looks to our guests. It's not overly complicated so that first time guests can feel comfortable using it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

hard to customize. Reports and software layout looks dated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

do your research and make sure the product fits your needs. This product is stable and handles the base functions well.
