What differentiates OASIS 360™ from other similar products?

I believe the newer products can be very user friendly. Also they continue to listen to client issues and improvements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect of Oasis is the continued growth various products have. They continue to become more valuable to the end user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe there are opportunities to streamline certain processes located in certain products. Also, I think that some products could use more features that would make things a bit easier for end users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I definitely believe when considering this product, you must take into account what is truly important to your property. Weigh out the value of all the products Oasis provides and if it is a good fit for you.

What differentiates OASIS 360™ from other similar products?

More user friendly I would say. I don't have experience with many of the modules however, so I am mainly speaking on Super Play Mate. There are some features that could definitely be added however, like a tool to separate video reels/slot points from video poker points since the hold percentages very so greatly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I've been using it for years so I am very familiar with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I constantly have issues updating my game content in Speed Media and no one can ever seem to fix it for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To make a detailed list of the features they want/need based on their current business model and make sure that Aristocrat can (already) do these things because added features are slow and they certainly never come at an affordable cost.
