What differentiates OASIS 360™ from other similar products?

There really isn't anything that really sets 360 apart from other Casino tracking software Ive used

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The floor scan and hot player technology is very helpful

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many of the most important things I look at daily cannot all be seen in one screen. You must navigate and start over several times on several screens to see everything I need to see when making decisions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is easy to use. It can pull some basic reporting and the floor scan and hot player is an excellent tool. However, Ive worked with better systems when trying to get all of the important info in one place.

no idea what differentiates I would give at this time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

reporting is very good once the staff is trained on how to find the right reports

What do you dislike most about this product?

At this time, it seems the company has to do so many upgrades to use all the ability of the system, ever step the company needs an upgrade to be able to use that module.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That the system works the way you want, just upgrade upgrade upgrade,
