The cost is the main driver for this product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support team is great

What do you dislike most about this product?

A lot of minor bugs that cause large issues have surfaced. These items should have been caught in code review or QA.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, keep support on speed dial however.
