Ease of use and a high range of different applications for all departments to utilize.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Depending on the task support can take awhile to reach back to you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All around its a great product i would recommended to any company in a casino environment. just have knowledge on how to troubleshoot software and learn the way it works.
