Integration with pandadoc was great. and the interface.

some integrations where not possible and there is not a lot of customization available

What differentiates Nutshell from other similar products?
Having tried Hubspot, Insightly, and other I found Nutshell easy to use as a Cloud product, easily accessible, and importantly I was able to customise it to a high degree. Downloading data for Mailchimp mail outs was easy, and I am now considering using Nutshell for mail outs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mobile App.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s not as well known. In the advertising, marketing, and media industries I work in the UK I tire of people constantly referring to Hubspot.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it on trial. Customise it.
