Ease of use. It's easy to use without having to jump through multiple hoops to get started.

The organizational workflow so I always know what stage I am with each client.

I'd like to see more automation when scheduling follow ups.

Nutshell packs in all the data insights I need with creating a maze-like experience. Everything is straightforward and provides simplicity and clarity to my day instead of adding inefficiencies

Individualized customization of the dashboards, so I can look at what I need to look quickly

There is not need to deal with the headaches of other overly complex CRMs. You don't have to pick between simple solutions and data-pack insights, you can have them both with Nutshell
