What differentiates Nintex Process Manager from other similar products?

We have greatly improved the workflow, now the analyzes are perfect and detect errors with professionalism, the business processes are fluid and the profits are remarkable since we have used this software, Nintex Promapp is perfect for us and we love to use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because it is a software with immediate results, the quality of the reports, the technical support and the analysis of the process is incredible, also, the user interface is simple, it is not really expensive software, it is fully functional for small businesses and big enterprises.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to say for now, all the results have been of quality, and without much effort on our part, we feel that we have adapted very well to using Nintex Promapp.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for process mining software, I must tell you that Nintex Promapp is the ideal software, because it provides good analysis, well detailed reports and accurate data.

What differentiates Nintex Process Manager from other similar products?

It is a program to optimize business processes, with very good results. The constant monitoring and analysis process is truly amazing, with every detail and I feel so thorough doing it. Being thus the best method to find faults in the Nintex system, discover what they are in a short time so that we can solve them as soon as possible. It has an easy implementation, with a few steps we can carry out our mission.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like being able to have a detailed analysis separately, the sales department is totally satisfied with the valuable time that it can save them, with the P2P and O2C process. On the other hand, he is objective, his reports are always correct. We have had the opportunity to use it in about 5 months, where we have found it to be worth it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment I have no complaints, in all the functions that it has given us we have done it great, we are happy to have found it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it mainly to larger companies, the small ones would have to make a greater investment, but it is a price that you would pay for this excellent service that it offers us. It is a necessary software or at least it has been for us.
