Timely topics and ease of episode downloads from their portal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take into consideration company/organizational culture; will leadership embrace the training and mandate or not. Be creative in getting the content/episodes out to your users, a very effective use of an employee's time. In higher education, I have a couple of instructors who have incorporated Ninjio episodes into their IT/Cyber curriculum (e.g., pick a couple of topics and turn in a write-up).
