The ease of getting employees signed up for the videos required

Could be a little easier to see who’s done what as opposed to the reports.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Once you’ve got it set up you’re good to go. The system is overall easy to use.

What differentiates NINJIO from other similar products?

I don't know of any other similar product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it's educational and fun to watch. Always good production value. A big bonus is that it's possible to allow your users to share the episodes with friends and family.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the onboarding user interface was easier as an admin.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this service to keep users safe in cyberspace.

Content Quality The content of training is of high quality and goes to the desired level of depth regarding security best practices, while still engaging end users.

Variety of Training Materials Training is delivered through many media including videos, decks, emails, posters, and other supplemental training materials.

Topic Breadth The breadth of training topics being covered is broad and fairly comprehensive, including industry-specific or compliance-based topics as needed.

Knowledge Tests Testing is available to gauge the knowledge levels of end-users, particularly after a training module has been completed.

LMS Integration Provides full LMS capabilities by either being SCORM-compliant (integration with an existing on premise LMS) or by providing SaaS-based LMS capabilities.

Simulated Attacks There is the ability to perform simulated end-user attacks. This includes mock spear-phishing, SMS phishing, and phone social engineering.

Customizability Training content can be modified or customized to organizational needs. This can be done through the product itself or by direct request to the vendor.

Just in Time Alerts Integration with other security technologies, such as DLP, EPP, etc. allows users to be warned before taking potentially dangerous actions.
