What differentiates NinjaOne from other similar products?
The interface is straightforward and effective in its intended purpose. In general, the onboarding process was straightforward, and the crew was quick to answer any questions or fill in any blanks. We've tried a number of different systems over the years, including Solarwinds, Automate, Pulseway, and Naverisk, and this one is by far the simplest and most dependable. You should attempt Ninja unless you are locked into a different ecosystem.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's ideal for a business of modest size. The UI is well designed and intuitive. Patch management, the ability to employ a variety of remote administration tools, and integrated community conversations and tutorials all contribute to the system's attractive feature set.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customers first misinterpret it as a plaything due to the name, however this misconception is quickly dispelled. There are some oddities with automation and scripting, but the support crew is excellent at addressing them. It can be difficult to navigate the admin panel's menus, but you won't be doing much work there. It's TV's fault that the TeamViewer integration isn't more reliable. As a fallback, you have Screenconnect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Implementing NinjaOne couldn't be simpler; it's a fantastic product. Our business really benefits from it. We rely heavily on it as a tool for assisting customers with their devices. We now base our interactions with staff on this principle. The cost-effectiveness of NinjaOne is superb. It's a fantastic option because it saves money while still doing its job. This RMM tool is ideal if you're on the market for one.

What differentiates NinjaOne from other similar products?
NinjaOne's automatic scripting capability is quite helpful because it allows us to update and deploy program to many workstations in a short amount of time. It's similar to having a squadron of service technicians at your disposal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's ideal for a business of modest size. The UI is well designed and intuitive. It provides a solid set of capabilities, including patch management, support for a wide variety of remote administration tools, and an integrated community forum and collection of how-to tutorials.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The NinjaOne has a small learning curve associated with locating the individual settings and functionalities. This isn't a huge issue because once you figure out where they are, everything goes smoothly from there on.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Streamlining the process of deploying patches to the hundreds of devices we support and manage. Our bottom line benefits greatly from our ability to remotely observe and handle all of our equipment with the touch of a mouse.
