What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

We can remotely connect to server without needing to contact customer to get access. It has made tech support life so easy and saved heaps of time!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the Interface. It is clean and easy to navigate, even though there are a lot of features. We can choose to stay simple on the surface or go deeper for more tools

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish there was a clear documentation or training manual for complex setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend to use this product. Its cost effective and saves your time. Easy to implement and the support team are just great!

As a small shop, this gives us everything we need without having extra “bells and whistles” and at a great price.

Constant monitoring of devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I dislike. I am just waiting for them to implement their software repository.

Definitely give it a try, especially if you are a small or medium sized business.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

NinjaOne is a robust platform that has drastically changed the way I give IT services to my clients. With Ninja, I can put all of my IT tools and management under one roof, making it exceedingly simple to keep track of all of my servers and workstations. Their support team is OUTSTANDING, providing prompt and useful responses to my inquiries. My account manager calls me personally to go through any issues and make sure everything is working smoothly. I particularly like how it may give a centralized platform for remote monitoring and management for enterprises.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite element of Ninja One is the product’s community. The integrations are fantastic, the customer support is outstanding, and the Discord community is active and well. The company’s development of this product is truly transparent. This attracts my interest not only in the product but also in how I might use their integrations to better serve my organization. I truly like how effective the stuff is. It meets all of my RMM requirements, and interacting with their team is always a pleasure. They value customer feedback, as the product is continually evolving and improving.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While I appreciate the interface’s simplicity, particularly for RMM reasons, I believe there is space to improve the ticketing component. A smoother method for updating third-party apps would also be good, as I occasionally need to intervene manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

NinjaRMM provides a comprehensive remote monitoring and management solution that streamlines IT operations. Its benefits include real-time network health analytics, proactive issue resolution, and quick software deployment. The platform improves security by integrating patch management and antivirus software. Centralized control streamlines device management while increasing productivity. Customizable notifications provide rapid responses to key occurrences. Its reporting and analytics make data-driven decisions easier. Overall, this all-in-one solution improves operational efficiency, decreases downtime, and improves overall IT infrastructur
