A must have tool with Swiss Army Knife features.
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
A huge difference was the inclusion of Teamviewer or Splashtop abilities, which reduced our spend on remote access costs to the point that it paid for itself- and that's before considering the inventory management and patching.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Remote access for support and for my users to access their desktops from home.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When Teamviewer changed heir licensing methods it sometimes is challenging to be able to connect easily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use it everyday to keep an eye on unis that need patching or maybe running unsanctioned software.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy

"The best RMM at an unbelievable price".
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
There are several applications for this product. I'm genuinely astounded. I've tried various 'RMM' and have a lot of Group Policies! But this is incredible. Everything is in working order. It's simple, quick, and effective. I was hoped the rumours that one engineer could control hundreds of PCs were true - and they were! In addition, I submitted a feature request, and AJ - the VP of Product Development - responded within hours, stating that the functionality currently existed and demonstrating how to utilise it!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ninja RMM has been installed in my environment for several months and has yet to disappoint me. We wanted a device that could patch endpoints that only connect to our network once in a while, and this was the perfect fit. It's simple to use and doesn't have any superfluous features. The remote connection to PowerShell or the command line is one of my favourite features. Their customer service is great, and new features are added on a regular basis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's nothing bad to say about it; it's absolutely fantastic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When looking for a suitable RMM, find the correct fit. Among all the games I tested, Ninja was by far the best. I needed something that was simple to use. Ninja has a lot of promise in the future, and I'm hoping that the changes I anticipate to see will validate my decision to stick with it.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
- Effective Service

"A simple-to-use, extremely functional RMM"
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
The interface is simple to use, and the layout is intuitive. Ninja was simple to learn and master. I liked how RDP and AV were combined. 5 scripting languages are supported. Patch Administration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ninja RMM's Platform! The user interface is really simple to use. You can tell the Ninja team spent a lot of time and thinking into it. The dashboard's capacity to display all controlled systems is unparalleled. More importantly, you must be able to act on those systems in a very intuitive manner. Automation, software deployment, and the list goes on and on!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only issue I can think of is that there doesn't appear to be a method to remote control into endpoints that aren't handled by Ninja, such as Connectwise control. Everything else meets or above our expectations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The two things I didn't like were our early troubles with TeamViewer integration (which was resolved by switching to Splashtop, and we haven't had any problems since) and the lack of a built-in ability to remove a Windows update across all devices. Given Windows' recent instabilities, I feel this would be a wonderful feature that would save a lot of effort.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Trustworthy
- Effective Service
