With Nimble, we can reach potential customers through multiple channels, like email and the web, more effectively. The intuitive design of Nimble's user interface has made it possible for us to collect accurate information from prospects found on social networks, contact with those prospects, and have meaningful conversations with them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nimble helps me keep track of and organize my customers, prospects, and contacts better. I'm thinking about putting something in place to keep in touch with people who attended the webinar and to provide some sort of follow-up. Nimble assists me in the management of my CRM as well as the demands of my sales. The most important weapon in my marketing armory is this, and I use it in a variety of methods.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Small businesses may have difficulty affording this software's hefty price tag. However, I feel that the price is worth the benefits. Wishing him well, I'd encourage him to browse the Internet for further information. Templates might be easy to find.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?
I like that Nimble searches for social profiles after I add a brand new contact. It makes it easy to stay up with their LinkedIn activity. I also love the keep In Touch feature that enables me to calendar contact points and not miss out on an attainable connection. And therefore the group email is awesome! This app is really easy to find out and implement and has improved our business processes exponentially!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything! I particularly like how intuitive the interface is with a minimal learning curve. The combination with Microsoft workplace and different applications makes it simple to trace emails related to our client experience and interactions. I fancy the way that customers’ data is captured in an easy organized way which Nimble automatically creates the company as you create a new person inside the database. The interface looks superb and simply makes good sense.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The email templates feature could be a mess. The info is wrong and the management of templates is very dated. Managing pipeline stages is additionally cumbersome. The whole app appears stuck in time. I used it for the first time concerning ten years ago and it’s not increased much since then. I believe the founder has moved on to different interests.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
