What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?
Nimble gives you everything you need to organize your contacts. Build relationships, find opportunities and reach your goals, it is the best email marketing tool on the market right now, it has the best scheduling and editing panels and allows us to manage in an organized way all our contacts helping us to identify leads quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nimble is the best for customer and business relationship management. It highlights the use of profiles for potential customers and the relationship with them in a very methodical and organized way. It is very satisfying to work with Nimble despite the high price that comes with maintaining a premium subscription. It is a tool that helps a lot in marketing, but you can also have multiple active emails organized and stored in the cloud, so you will never lose information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In comparison, Nimble's price is high, though it makes up for everything it offers. The storage is too little for what they charge and it's annoying since we need enough space in the cloud.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It simplifies marketing and business sales. In a short time, it helps to start generating business opportunities. It helps to establish a quick communication between customer and seller. Administrative management of cloud hosting no longer slows down. This proposal offers intelligent technology that streamlines and takes care of our maintenance tasks in the cloud, in addition to greatly improving the experience of encrypting information and working with external clouds.

Nimble is the best crm we have ever used

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?
I like this software because it is one of the most complete and simple crm we have used. It integrates very well all the programs and functions such as emails and messages through social networks. It also allows us to organize our agenda and meetings and when we enter the panel we can see in a general but orderly manner, all pending activities for the day.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that it can be integrated with the company's social networks is a great advantage to not leave aside our customers by that means. Its task management is very easy to use and we can leave quick notes to each one to provide ideas and suggestions when executing them. What I love is that it has mobile access and I can keep up with my work even when I am out of the office.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If I had to complain about something, it would be its cost, although without a doubt the money invested has been worth it, but it could be a little high for small businesses, since with each update and tool added, it is an additional cost. Otherwise, I think it is a very useful software for everything in the work team and easy to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a software that every company needs to keep up to date and in an orderly manner all their projects and activities, regardless of the department. Its interface is very user friendly and the staff knew how to use it almost intuitively. I recommend it to all companies, as it will make their work easier and their productivity will increase.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?
Nimble is a welcome addition to the Office ecosystem, as they clearly understand the needs of business users in a social and global world, it's a game changer for CRM. It's simple, integrates with social networks and facilitates relationships. That's why Shark Tank companies use Nimble to grow, it connects with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace to track team activities and productivity. To import data from Gmail, Outlook and other social sites, such as Twitter and LinkedIn.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's especially useful and well-suited for developing new contacts and tracking them to keep your prospecting status in check. While Nimble is a brilliant and well thought out platform, I personally believe Nimble is more suited for medium to large organizations, it is integrated with social listening to keep all customer profiles up to date. This aspect of Nimble allows all organizations to keep track of contacts that are mentioned.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the cons of Nimble are that the interface is a bit confusing and complicated for users who have a slightly unsuspecting nature. Its interface is difficult as it has so many features that it is bewildering to use for the first time and it took us a long time to understand how it works. Its storage is less than ideal and is annoying when we try to store more things in it. Nimble's cloud storage sometimes fails to store information, leading to loss of information.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Nimble customer service is nice, customer satisfaction is always a top priority if you want to keep your business up and running because customers are the backbone of your business. Once an order has been completed, Nimble will automatically track your AliExpress orders for a tracking number. Whenever a tracking number is found, Nimble will notify your customer with the tracking number of their order.
