What is Nimble?

Nimble is a simple, intelligent sales force automation and social CRM solution for small and midsize businesses. It automatically populates rich customer profiles and interaction histories from contact lists, email conversations and social media activity across a range of popular platforms. In addition to contact management and pipeline management features such as deal tracking, tasks and alerts, Nimble includes integrated social listening to keep customer profiles updated. This allows businesses to track which contacts are mentioning, following or engaging with them, or who are celebrating milestones.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

Nimble is a very efficient emailing software. The dashboards provided by Nimble are amongst the best in the market along with great communication templates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The User Interface is easy to use and quite flexible. The learning curve with the UI is great, so it is easy for new users to get adapted to it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are not many major drawbacks of using Nimble other than its storage which might prove to be tricky at times when you try to store large amounts of data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Nimble definitely is great option for emailing services. The features provided by this software are great and amongst the best available in the industry.

The best tool for building real relationships

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

Social approach to relationships building. Nimble isn't about crunching numbers by sending people unwanted campaigns. The product helps you nurture real relationships.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Prospector. It's a browser widget that automatically populates contact info for links about people you hover over.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing about how it works now. Soon, I hope, Nimble will have be able to add functionality from other apps so that each user can personalize their favorite ways of working.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Figure out how long it takes you to manually key in a complete record on your current system, then compare how long it takes on Nimble. You'll be pleasantly surprised ;-)

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

I researched and tested at least a dozen CRM's before settling on Nimble. The combination of ease of use and price was the deciding factor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Email tracking so that I know when a sent email has been opened.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Glitchy, when I open my own sent email, it says "opened", the location opened is off (it will say opened from another country and then opened again a minute later from a local location.)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Accept that no CRM is perfect. I was seeking perfection for a year and never found it. I chose Nimble and have stayed with it.
