What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

The Prospector app from Nimble is incredibly helpful because it gives all the social information about a company merely by hovering over its name. My ability to design great campaigns that meet social marketing criteria is made possible by their substantial assistance and attention to online inquiries. And in light of the variety of services it provides, it is really important.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I adore the Stay in Touch function, which enables me to schedule touchpoints and never miss a chance to connect. I appreciate how well it enhances profiles. I enjoy how it is associated with social networks and uses information from social media sites to create connections. It is integrated with MS Outlook, Gmail, and other social media platforms. It offers a variety of styles and email and notification templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are only some features of Nimble that I dislike or find bothersome, even though it completes various duties differently than most CRMs. Its price is reasonable and is supported by the many features and advantages it offers each of its customers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent security, simple fraud activity detection, and quick email delivery. Nimble is a great alternative because it is affordable and has many great features. Send a prompt email to the marketing team and forward the leads if cx needs a call from us. Many means of communication. It is simple to log in, and you can keep an eye on each customer's conduct and assign tasks before the login time.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

A clever CRM, Nimble skillfully manages a wealth of client knowledge. Its power lies in its capacity to search social networks and take in information. It is utilized for everyday sales activities and stores and delivers real data. Excellent and astonishing aspects of the connection with email systems include the automatic extraction of information from social accounts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it is simple to use and relationship-based, which is well-liked by the organization's workers. I adore how easy and effective its interface is at finding tools. It helps manage and keep an eye on team performance and activities. It's great that it helps with ticket tracking and customer history management when I add a new contact and nimble search social media profiles, which I adore.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even though this is a fantastic tool, new users may need help syncing emails. They could cut small business costs and increase customer support responsiveness. The application shouldn't include a lengthy list of suggestions or frequently asked queries, as the data may be duplicated. Third-party integrations are only sometimes straightforward.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using dashboards, you can track data in real-time. Emails are sent to customers automatically once their process is complete. Leads are also automatically updated. It's easy to connect with multiple email addresses at once. Because of tagging, we can easily contact the cx. It has an excellent user interface, without question, and unlike in the past, it doesn't automatically disconnect when you interact with them, which is a significant plus.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

Nimble was presented to us as one of the best CRMs on the market, in view of our customer management issues and to maintain our constant communication, Nimble has reinforced the shortcomings that our company had, optimizing our sales and service processes in a reduced time, besides allowing us to link different tools that perfectly complement who we are as a company. Nimble is incredible when it comes to managing our customer relationships.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Excellent pricing plan that fits perfectly with the tools it provides. It has an extensive catalog of communication templates that facilitate the relationship with customers. Nimble gives us a fairly broad overview when viewing our customers, allowing us to section them according to the type of customer, requirement or service provided, which greatly facilitates the information for our statistics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface tends to be a bit difficult when you are starting in Nimble, so it is recommended to provide training to staff to avoid delays and errors. It could have more storage capacity and fluidity when trying to mobilize files or campaigns. Some applications require modifications that are not so easy to make, therefore, some integrations such as O365 should be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Nimble represents a great tool that solves many problems in the company, however, there are many aspects that could be improved based on ergonomics of its interface, they should make it a little simpler, and it is necessary to improve compatibility with third-party extensions to facilitate the work and help in the daily development of the company, the web application also leaves much to be desired compared to the desktop.
