What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The NICE Virtual workforce comprises software robots with the capabilities to automate end-to-end processes in an unattended fashion, or support the employee directly from their desktop, in an attended fashion, when they are servicing customers over the phone or handling routine back office processes. NICE's unique Automation Finder for desktop process mining is included with NICE's attended solution, NEVA. It leverages Desktop Analytics and machine learning to accurately pinpoint the most optimal business processes to automate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Help documentation and support is limited. UI can be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

the biggest lesson I've learned from using NICE is about how having certain IT software can really enhance performance, and I had never really thought of it that way. We can use the system to get through to making a sale, but I never really thought that it could actually enhance the agents' thought process, their journey, and how they speak to customers. That's been a big lesson for me. In terms of advice, be open-minded. We just told them what we would like it to do, and went out there with a bit of a blue-sky thought process: If we could have anything, what would it do? And it turned out that it could do that, and we were quite amazed.

What differentiates NICE Robotic Process Automation from other similar products?

->Ability to build screen elements independently that can be used in other projects which saves time ->A very tidy control room to manage and control all the robot clients and the server

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

->The presence of presentation layer where you can design custom forms to get user data which is very much useful for assisted automation ->Also the the licensing cost seems to be less when compared to Uipath and Automation anywhere

What do you dislike most about this product?

->Not easy to some one without programming language to pick up and build automation solutions ->The user interface is bit complicated a developer has to search make an effort and fetch the required functions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a low cost automation solution for your low to medium level complexity processes you can try this.
