What differentiates Nextiva Voice from other similar products?
Nextiva acts like a real partner. Their support and their support to our clients is best in class.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We love the fact hat we do not hear about our phones at all. Ever. From anyone. Imagine phones that just work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We are unhappy with the contract flexibility, If you need to drop a license, it is difficult. Adding more seats is never a challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are evaluating VoIP systems, Nextiva should be on your shortlist. Frankly, you do not have to look any further.

Nextiva is good for people who are just getting into VoIP, however if you are an advanced user there are other more cost-effective solutions.
