What differentiates Nextiva Voice from other similar products?

The cost of membership in this program is far lower than that of similar programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am really impressed with all of the functionality and personalization options that are available with this platform. There are even things that I really appreciate that I wasn't even aware I would want to have until after I purchased the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software for mobile devices might use some improvements. Once I learned where everything were located, using it became a breeze. It would be great if there was a setting to determine whether or not the phone rings when a Nextiva call is received. When I am not available to take work calls on my mobile device, I have been just checking out of the app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool for its user-friendliness and its ability to add and manage users remotely from a variety of locations and states. Simple to integrate additional phones or gadgets.
