What differentiates Nextiva ONE from other similar products?

The tech support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the online support forum and being able to speak to someone directly when I need assistance. I also like the call groups and auto attendant features part of the system. It is also a huge benefit to be able to upload pre-recorded audio files for the voicemail instead of having to record on the spot on my phone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any negative issues with this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have not used multiple phone software programs so I do not know what I could compare it against. I wouldn't recommend shopping around though because I'm satisfied with the product as it is and have not felt the need to look for another software myself.

What differentiates Nextiva ONE from other similar products?

Connectwise integration

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use make this an easy rollout to new users. Reliability is amazing. We have have had total of 15 minutes of downtime in 3 years.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish their was more access to the support backend software for expert level configuration. Currently have to go through their support teams to get this done.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a reliable feature rich cloud platform for your business,look no further because Nextiva's product just works.
